Candidate Video Audition

The purpose of the video is not production quality. It is to identify candidates who can organize a thought, explain color clearly and connect with a professional audience.

Part 1 — Introduce Yourself (60 seconds)

Tell us who you are, where you work, what you love about professional color and why you want to become a Cree Educator.

Part 2 — Teach Us Something (2 minutes)

Pretend we are stylists sitting in your class. Choose ONE topic:

Explain the difference between level and tone.
Explain how you approach gray coverage.
Explain how you formulate a toner.
Explain how you determine the correct developer.
Explain how you approach unwanted warmth.
